Iron Sharpens Iron

Iron Sharpens Iron (ISI) is a leadership development program for middle and high school students that provides academic support, life skills training, spiritual development, and one-to-one mentorship. ISI creates a family atmosphere with weekly small group meetings, one-to-one mentoring relationships, and special events. 

ISI Mentors

ISI Mentors program exists to provide youth (Grades 6-12) with a positive adult role model, empowering the student to reach his/her full potential. In the Iron Mentors program, volunteers get paired up with a student in our ISI program to provide one-to-one mentorship throughout the school year. 

City Light Kids

City Light Kids (CLK) is a program for elementary students that meets Mon-Thursday after school throughout the school year. CLK fosters an environment of belonging and offers a space for each student to be known and accepted, providing a unique support system that comes alongside students, their family, and the school system.

Greater Impact

Greater Impact is a business that seeks to mentor youth through meaningful employment. Our vision is to instill value and hope in the youth of our community through work. 

Alumni

Our Alumni program exists to provide support for our ISI alumni as they transition into young adulthood. Through weekly gatherings and mentorship we provide support for our alumni as they navigate employment, housing, transportation, and becoming financially independent for the first time.
