Empathy is something we all need to give and receive and it comes more naturally to some of us than others. All Christians should seek to be empathetic, but especially for those of us in ministry it is vital!
In their work, Storey (Eden Invitation) and Grant (Render Free) have seen examples of great empathy and a lack of empathy. They are both striving to be generous with their empathy. This conversation is full of important observations, questions, suggestions and hopes.
